Dr. Astrid Pütz practices as a notary and lawyer. She is specialized in corporate law, real estate law and inheritance law. Dr. Pütz focuses on the details of partnerships (Personengesellschaften) and all forms of corporations (incl. AGs and SEs) from incorporation to liquidation, in particular with regard to capital increases of all kinds.
In real estate law, Dr. Pütz advises private and institutional clients comprehensively on all questions and arrangements relating to real estate purchase agreements, the division of properties and the drafting of leasehold contracts.
Due to her previous work in large law firms in the context of complex transactions, IPOs as well as for family businesses, she finds tailor-made, easy-to-implement solutions for our clients and can draw on an excellent network.
