Dr. Astrid Pütz works as a notary and attorney at law. Her focus is on corporate law, real estate law, and inheritance law. With a keen eye for detail, Dr. Pütz guides partnerships and all forms of corporations (including AGs and SEs) from formation through to liquidation, with particular expertise in capital increases of all kinds.
In the field of real estate law, Dr. Pütz provides comprehensive support to private and institutional clients on all matters relating to property purchase agreements, the subdivision of properties, and the structuring of heritable building right agreements.
An additional area of interest for Dr. Pütz is tax law. She advises her clients on the various aspects of taxation, ranging from inheritance and gift tax, income tax, and real estate transfer tax through to the taxation of businesses — covering tax structuring, the filing of returns, as well as legal remedies and litigation proceedings.
Drawing on her prior experience at large law firms working on complex transactions, IPOs, and matters for family-owned businesses, she develops tailored, practical solutions for our clients and can draw on an outstanding professional network.
