Individual labor law

We support employers and employees in the drafting of employment contracts and legal disputes, such as the termination of employment and executive contracts, the preparation of dismissals and dismissal protection processes. Our fields of activity also include the legal support of operational restructuring processes in connection with rationalization, outsourcing, conversion and decommissioning measures, as well as due diligence checks in the case of intended company takeovers or business disposals.

Collective labor law

In addition to individual employment law, we also advise and represent our clients in questions related to collective employment law, e.g. in matters relating to the Works Constitution Act, in the drafting of company agreements and in matters relating to collective bargaining.
